A little more about TAS:
Team Alpental-Snoqualmie (TAS) is a premier alpine ski racing program in the Pacific Northwest based at the Summit at Snoqualmie. TAS offers the highest level of physical conditioning, race training and professional USSA/PSIA certified staff. Ski racing is a fantastic way for kids to get outside, work hard to meet the challenges of a demanding sport and develop relationships with other athletes and coaches that last a lifetime. Our team is also active in the mountain community volunteering to support programs like Outdoors for All and Ski Hawks.
Thank you so much for considering a donation, we are very grateful for your support!
In 1971, a group of interested parents and racers established the Alpental Ski Foundation and the Alpental Ski Club. The Foundation was established as a non-profit organization to promote junior ski racing. The Alpental-Snoqualmie Ski Foundation is a non-profit (501c3), educational ski racing organization dedicated to developing ski racers. The Foundation is funded only by tuition, fundraisers, donations, and the dedication and hard work of its members, parents and supporters.
TAS has provides an outstanding level of coaching, skiing and training resulting in exceptional success from our athletes, including recent National Junior Champions Vanessa Berther and Anna Mounsey, and an Olympic Gold Medal at Sarajevo in 1984 by Debbie Armstrong, after whom the Armstrong Express chairlift at Alpental is named.
Your donations will help pay for:
- Offsetting cost of the new team van
- Offsetting TAS tuition program expenses
