About this fundraiser:

Get ready to swing for the fences and support our beloved organization at our annual Hit-A-Thon Fundraiser! Mark your calendars for April 27, 2024, as we come together once again to raise funds for the maintenance and improvement of our fields.

Thanks to your generosity last year, we were able to enhance player and fan safety by adding backstop hoods for foul ball protection. This year, our focus shifts to maintaining our fields to ensure they remain some of the best in the area.

Over the offseason, we invested $17,000 in improvements, including adding five truckloads of infield dirt, laser leveling the fields, and reforming batters' boxes. Now, we're setting our sights on even greater improvements – adding drainage systems to all three fields.

With your help, we can mitigate cancellations due to inclement weather and ensure that players of all ages have more opportunities to enjoy the game they love. Every swing, every hit, and every donation will contribute to making our fields better than ever before.

Join us on April 27th for a day filled with excitement, camaraderie, and the joy of giving back to our community. Together, let's keep our fields in top-notch condition and continue to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for players and fans alike.

BONUS INCENTIVE: The two teams that raise the most money will get to be on the field with The Knights for the National Anthem at PCAA's annual Night out with the Knights on May 31st!

Our previous Hit-a-Thon fundraisers have helped us build the bathroom facility, two T-Ball fields, install three sets of field lights, new and renovated batting cages, scoreboards at all 3 upper fields, foul ball protection, and a multitude of other field improvements. We can't wait for what's next at PCAA with your support!!

- Every Player Hits FIVE Balls!
- There Are Multiple ZONES To Score Points!
- Trophies: "Total Points Batting Champ" -- Each Division
- Trophies: "Long Ball Champ" -- Each Division
- Plus Lots of FUN on The Stadium Field!

COST TO HIT:
Minimum Donation = $5 Per Player
Target Donation = $100 Per Player

BONUS: Adults show your kids what you got! Any adult can pay $5 per hit to join in the fun!
