About this fundraiser:

The Council Rock Baseball Association is hosting their seventh Hit-A-Thon on Saturday, May 10th for registered baseball players in the Quickball through National League divisions. Prizes will be awarded to top 3 winners in each age category, as well as to the top 3 overall money raisers. There will also be team prizes for any team that has 100% participation.

Monies raised have historically sustained all ongoing capital projects, including fixing both scoreboards on Diamonds 1 & 4, converting fields for expanded use, sodding infields, and purchasing new equipment for our athletes. This allows us to deliver the best baseball experience possible to all levels of play. Future projects including adding a scoreboard to Diamond 2, enhancing the dugouts, and looking to combined projects as our organizations come together for joint capital efforts.

Thank you for your support, and be sure to come out and watch the competition!! Hit-a-Thon is a community fun day with several fun games, raffle baskets, a beer tower raffle, dunk take, and an inflatable obstacle course. The snack shack will be open all day, so spend the day with family and friends!

How many swings can I get?

5 swings - $25 in pledges
6 swings - $30 in pledges
7 swings - $35 in pledges
8 swings - $40 in pledges
9 swings - $45 in pledges
10 swings - $50 and up in pledges

Swings are capped at 10.

1st Place – Bonsall Bat Champion Trophy & Dick’s Sporting Goods Gift Card
2nd Place – Rita’s Water Ice Gift Card

Prizes for top 3 pledge earners

1st – 4 Phillies tickets (date mutually agreed upon)
2nd – 4 Thunder tickets (date mutually agreed upon)
3rd – Visa Gift Card

Also, any team with 100% participation will receive a pizza party
