Thank you for visiting my fundraising page for the Independence Elementary 2023 Walk-A-Thon. I am excited to support my school through this event. This is our main fundraiser for the year and the funds are used to help with supplemental classroom materials and to send all students on field trips.

I'm asking for sponsors to help me reach my fundraising goal. Will you please consider helping out my school by sponsoring me during our walk-a-thon?

About this fundraiser:

The Independence Elementary Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is sponsoring a Walk-A-Thon fundraiser on Friday, September 22nd. Students will collect pledges/donations from family and friends and then walk around the pond during their Specials Time. All money raised will go to the Independence PTO to help fund programs and supplies at our school. This will be our BIG fundraiser for the year. In case of inclement weather, the Walk-A-Thon will be held Friday, September 29th.

Through past support the Independence PTO has been able to fund classroom supplies and field trips for our students. Without your support we would be limited in the number of requests we could fulfill.

Your donations will help pay for:

• Field Trips (Zoo, TNT, Ski Trip, Buffalo State Park, etc.)
• Supplies for Classroom Projects: Craft Sticks, Styrofoam Bal
• Reading A to Z Learning App Subscription
• Playground Equipment and Toys
• Conference Meals for Staff

• "Student Take Home" Book Bags
• Classroom equipment & Flexible Seating
