Dear Clements Ranger Family:

The 2021 baseball season is upon us! Our coaches, players, and supporters are all very excited about the possibilities for our teams this season. It was disappointing that COVID kept us from having a season last year so we are hoping to make this year the best one yet! We would like for you to be a part of this fundraiser as well as the success we are aiming to achieve!

We are raising money to continue improving our field at Frankie. This year we are planning to replace the netting over the batting cages and purchase a new shed to store our maintenance equipment. In the coming years, we hope to raise enough funds to build a new cover for the batting cages.

We would like to invite you out to Frankie for our Annual Hit-a-Thon:

Date: Wednesday, March 24th, 2021
Time: 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Location: Frankie Field (behind Mercer Stadium)

There are two ways individuals may donate to our program:

1st: Player Pledges - Each player will get 10 swings, and we will record the longest distance. Each player will have obtained pledges in advance and each pledged amount will be multiplied by his longest hit. For example, if a player gets a pledge for $.30 per foot and hits his longest ball at 300 feet, then the sponsor would donate $90.00.

2nd: Straight Donation - You can take all the guesswork out and donate any amount of money you choose to the program.
