About this fundraiser:

Doniphan Dolphins love to read! That's why we're doing a Read-a-thon this year to raise money for programs that directly benefit our students and school community.

A Read-a-thon is a fundraiser where students collect donations from family and friends in exchange for a commitment to read (or be read to) during a designated time period. At Doniphan, all students will “drop everything and read” for at least 30 minutes a day during the school day for one week, from February 24th-28th. Students can choose to challenge themselves with additional reading time outside of school for bonus prizes.

Read-a-thon is a fundraiser for the Alexander Doniphan PTA, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that is entirely volunteer-led. ADPTA provides support for programs and services that directly benefit our students, teachers, staff and families. Our readers will be collecting pledges through this website, or by sending in cash or check with your student from February 21st to March 3rd.

$25 Donation = $5 per day pledge
$50 Donation = $10 per day pledge
$100 Donation = $20 per day pledge
