About this fundraiser:

Elmira Elementary PTA wants to make up for the lack of being able to have our big fundraising auction this last year due to COVID. EES PTA is offering an incredible opportunity to win some spectacular prizes. This will help us provide so much for the kids at EES and help them to get excited about what's to come in the future. This year's fundraiser is a RAFFLE for these items:

1. Green Mountain Grill: Jim Bowie model (valued at $999) 12v direct power design provides better temp control, greater pellet fuel economy, and faster start ups. dual meat probes,13.5" peaked lid,and 658 sq in. of grill space. Adjust temps from 150 degrees F to 550 degrees F. Cook a dozen racks of ribs to a small whole hog. Kick your grilling into a whole new dimension!

2. Backyard Fun: Make your choice between an Oregon State Beaver or Oregon Duck steel fire pit. This is a one of a kind fire pit that will provide endless warmth and style. This also includes a basket of various spirits and a $50.00 gift card to Jerry's Home Improvement Center.(total valued at over $450)

3. Overnight Vacation: You will have a choice between a one night stay at the Hallmark Resort in Newport or the Riverhouse on the Deschutes in Bend. Also included is a bottle of wine and a $100 gift card to Winco. (total valued at more than $325.00)

Raffle tickets are $5 a piece, so if you donate $25 dollars you get entered into the raffle drawing 5 times (five tickets). Each class will be working hard to fundraise by selling as many raffle tickets as possible. Our kids have the chance to receive an amazing incentive when they sell the most raffle tickets or have the most kids in the class participate.

If we reach our overall goal of $13,000 the whole school earns a Movie and Popcorn Day in their jammies. The top selling class will earn a Pizza Party. The class with the most participation will earn a Hot Chocolate Bar.

The last day to purchase raffle tickets will be on December 16, 2021. On December 17th, we will be doing the drawing for all of our awesome raffle prizes. The first person drawn will have the first choice of all the prizes, the second person drawn will have the second choice, and the third person will receive the remaining prize.
