About this fundraiser:

The Miner School Playground for Everyone is almost complete! However, due to the Coronavirus our last 2 major fundraisers had to be cancelled. Please consider helping us reach the fundraising finish line for this important, student centered project.

The playground includes equipment not typically included in other accessible playgrounds. Interactive play stations with adaptive switch capability provide individuals with limited upper body or fine motor skills the opportunity to independently activate auditory features. These specially designed pieces of playground equipment address the needs for students with more complex disabilities and allow for children with a range of needs to actively engage in imaginative, cooperative play. The playground will be open to the community after school and on weekends and further promote opportunities for and awareness of inclusive play with friends and peers in the community. In addition, the inclusive design will enable children, parents, and grandparents who have disabilities or mobility impairments to participate in inter-generational play.

No amount is too small - all donations are greatly appreciated!

All donors will be recognized at the playground ribbon cutting ceremony to be held this fall.

Those who donate at the following donation levels will be recognized on the playground permanent donor appreciation signage:

Bronze - $500 to $999
Silver - $1,000 to $4,999
Gold - $5,000 to $9,999
Partner - $10,000+
Thank you for your consideration!
