About this fundraiser:

The Walnut Acres Elementary School Read-A-Thon is a school-wide fundraiser that challenges students to use their most important academic skill, READING, to support our school.

Students set an individual reading goal for the 15-day reading period (hours or minutes/day), solicit sponsors to support their goal, record their pledges and minutes read, and potentially earn prizes based on their hours read and money raised.

This incredible fundraiser is a key a contributor to the PFC budget which helps sustain PFC-funded initiatives such as grade-level aides, reading and math specialists, science aides, and in-class art and music.
