About this fundraiser:
This is our first major fundraiser for the year and it's an important one. The money we raise funds the wonderful programs our kids enjoy at Abernethy. Music, PE, library, and classroom staff are all partially funded through our contributions.
The Fun(d) Run is a jog-a-thon style fundraiser held during school hours. Students run around the school grounds on a 1⁄4 mile paved course for 30 minutes. There’s music, balloons, and loads of encouragement around the course. Come and cheer them on; it’s surprising how many laps these kids can run!
