About this fundraiser:

Berkeley High School Baseball is considered one of the top baseball programs in the area, annually serving over sixty student athletes with a full competition schedule, internal scrimmages, position-specific instruction, and developmental opportunities. The strength of our program not only drives success on the field, but also helps to develop students prepared for success in all areas of their lives.

The BHS Varsity team has won numerous Alameda County Conference League Championships. The Varsity, JV and Freshman squads are looking primed to capture their respective league crowns this year - with a very talented crop of players entering 9th grade.

Each season we raise funds for essential field and training equipment, tournament fees, uniforms, balls, and more. In addition, we are responsible for the daily maintenance of the grass infield and outfield at Tim Moellering Field - which needs year-round attention. Without these additional sources of revenue, we would be at a serious disadvantage.

Our goal this year is to raise $50,000 to help with field maintenance and upgrades, equipment acquisition and team operations. Our estimated costs this year will be well beyond $20,000, so we are asking for your help in exceeding our goal to fund this year’s operations as well as future capital projects.
