I am diving into my books and reading my best for my school's Read-a-thon. I'm excited to be a part of it because this event raises money for me and my classmates to continue to be enriched with many different programs that are essential in helping us achieve our academic goals.

I'm going to read as much as I can over the next few weeks, and I'm asking for sponsors to help me reach my fundraising goal. Will you help by making a pledge per minute that I read or a simple flat donation?

About this fundraiser:

The faculty & staff at Berkeley Elementary are dedicated to giving our students experiences & opportunities to help them strengthen their academic abilities. We also want to help them
grow in compassion, empathy & awareness of global issues and challenges while empowering them to know that each person can help others with their talents, time and energy.
This Spring we are organizing our very first Bulldog Pride Read-A-Thon to help boost literacy, support academic goals, & encourage students to work together to achieve a common goal. Money raised will help fund library upgrades, field trips, playground
equipment and more! But we need your help! Our school community has set a goal to raise $10,000. Your support encourages the students to read as much as they can and strengthens their critical literacy skills. Please consider making a donation in any amount you can. Thank you so much.
