About this fundraiser:
The Blue Grass PTO is hosting our 4th annual Blue Grass Dash on Friday, November 3, 2023, during the school day. We are excited to continue this fun and healthy fundraiser at BGE!
The Blue Grass Dash is our biggest fundraiser of the year and we need your help! The fundraising goal of the Blue Grass Dash is $35,000, to support the following:
In order to continue to develop our school culture, Dr. Cutter is passionate about furthering the interconnectivity between students of all of our different grade levels through the Eagle's Nest Initiative. Dr. Cutter believes that the more the school becomes a true "family", the higher our students will achieve and the more they will develop as great citizens. We will use PTO raised funds to purchase software, and fund the Eagle's Nest School Store.
We also look forward to initiating a capital campaign to add turf, new fencing, and benches to our sports field as a collective effort to improve amenities for Blue Grass families as well as those in our community.
The goal of the PTO is to improve and enhance the education of every student at BGE. In recent years, the PTO has raised funds to build an outdoor classroom, resurface the track, purchase smart boards for classrooms, support the clinic, update the library, and much more. Last year your generous donations allowed us to update our gym and install the interactive LU playground, students have been able to enjoy it! Every dollar raised is reinvested back into BGE.
Family and friends may sponsor students on a per-lap rate or a flat donation. All students will complete 8 laps, so plan your donations accordingly.
Our goal is for every child to raise $50, but the sky's the limit!! We are so excited to be able to provide our school with things that they would otherwise not receive. We are proud to be a part of the Blue Grass Community!
See you at the Blue Grass Dash November 3rd.
