About this fundraiser:

WHAT IS SWIM-A-THON:
The ONLY fundraiser for our swim team. Swimmers collect
pledges, earn cool prizes, and have a wonderful time playing in
and around the pool with their friends. And, if you’ve been
wondering how to get one of those beautiful personalized team
beach towels or backpacks, this is your only chance to earn
one! Each swimmer is asked to raise $50.00.

WHEN:
Thursday, May 25th from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.

WHERE:
Covington Woods Pool

WHY FUNDRAISE:
The money raised from SWIM-A-THON goes to coaches’
salaries, equipment, low registration fees, scholarship fund for
one graduating senior, end of the season banquet and much
more!

HOW DOES SWIM-A-THON WORK:
Each swimmer will obtain pledges for a flat donation or per lap
swam donation. Laps will be counted by a volunteer and
submitted at the end of event. You may come to the event at
whatever time is convenient for you between 5:00 P.M. and
ending promptly at 9:00 P.M. Swimmers may take a 5-minute
per hour restroom/drink break. Two pieces of pizza will be
provided to each participant (Absolutely no eating
until the swimmer finishes swimming laps!). Any swimmer who
swims 100 laps and raise a minimum of $50.00 will receive a
100 lap t-shirt.

Promotional prize level:
* Personalize your fundraising page, promote to friends/ family and raise $50 by 5/11/2023 for a chance to win Bahama Bucks free sno!
* The highest earner per age group by 5/18/2023 @ 11:59PM (HOPE team, 6&Unders, 7/8 and so on) will get to PIE A COACH in the face on 5/19/2023!
* Attend Swim-A-Thon on 5/25/2023, raise $100 and swim 100 laps to be entered in to a raffle for a birthday party at Ninja Challenge or gift bag from Kiefer Aquatics totaling 4 lucky winners!

OVERALL PRIZE LEVEL:
- 1 st Prize Level for $50.00 raised – SWIM-A-THON T-Shirt. The
t-shirt dedicated to the swimmer will be the size selected at
registration. The t-shirts are made per participant. If the t-shirt
given is not your swimmer’s size, we will not trade for another
size. If you need to change the size of your child’s shirt, please
contact a board member.
- 2 nd Prize Level for $125.00 raised – Plush personalized
team towel plus Levels 1
- 3 rd Prize Level for $225.00 raised - Large Swim
Backpack with Personalized Child's Name plus Levels 1 and 2
- BEST OF ALL PRIZES - Three highest earners will have a
private pizza party with Covington Woods Swim Team
Coaches! Event will be 6/26/2023 at Covington Woods pool.
