Ms. Kam's 1st Grade

Dear Friends and Family,

I am diving into my books and reading my best for my school's Read-a-thon. I'm excited to be a part of it because this event raises money for Garfield Elementary to keep all our awesome teachers, go on cool field trips, and have fun activities during school like dance classes.

Will you help by making a pledge per minute that I read or a simple flat donation?

NOTE: per minute donations are NOT capped. If you have a maximum amount you can donate, please consider doing a flat donation instead, especially if I totally rock my goal!

Thank you for all of your support and encouragement!

About this fundraiser:

The Garfield PTO Board is excited for our upcoming Read-A-Thon that will take place during Spring Break week! Our goal this year is to help our PTO raise necessary funds to save two teacher positions at our school, as well as have 100% of our students reading this Spring Break. We would love to raise at least $20,000 to help prevent the loss of 2 teachers at our school, as well as fund enrichment activities like dance and Chinese Opera, field trips, and extra supplies for teachers. Will you help us reach our goal and encourage our students to read as much as they can during Spring Break?
