About this fundraiser:

Donovan needs your help to get to Spain to play in the Mundialito, an international soccer tournament recognized worldwide! The best players in the world started their careers there as youth players. Donovan wants to do the same but there are no scholarships available so he needs his community to help.
Donovan was recently selected to compete with a 2011 team and represent his club, the state and our country as they compete against top youth academy teams like Liverpool, Manchester United, FC Porto, Espanyol, Sporting FC and others.
Donovan is an extremely dedicated player traveling long distances by bus and foot to get to practice to be a great player and teammate. He is respected and admired by his friends and family and deserves the chance to pursue his dreams.
He needs to raise $5,000 by March 10th to pay for his flight, uniform, food and accommodations. Please consider helping out Donovan. Any contribution big or small will make an impact and means the world to his family.
