About this fundraiser:

NYSPPSA is comprised of process servers and principals of process serving agencies who are invested in promoting professionalism, integrity and education within the process serving industry. Raising funds for our association will enable us to continue to fight for our members in many areas including but not limited to the Log Book Bill, any future bill regarding the Secretary of State services and the ever continuing fight against the NYC DCA. We offer educational and certification programs for our members keeping them up to date on current laws and pending legislation. NYSPPSA has made significant strides to improve the process serving industry and in order to continue this effort your donations are needed.
