About this fundraiser:

Our school is a place where student learning thrives and provides a welcoming environment for all. We believe that this is because of the incredible students that attend our school, the awesome staff who believe that relationships with students are key to optimal learning and more importantly the incredible support of our families. We could not engage in the wonderful learning opportunities and the fun things we do here without your monetary support.

This year, we have decided to conduct a non-third party fundraiser in order to keep the most funds within our school. By not utilizing a vendor, the PTA has the ability to keep over 70% of the funds as we only need to cover prizes and miscellaneous expenses supplies.

Please know that no amount is too small. Your ongoing backing and support are both truly appreciated. Also, don't forget to tap any Corporate Matching Gifts your company may provide!

Event Dates:
Tracks 1 & 2 from August 14th-18th.
Tracks 3 & 4 from August 21st-25th.

Prizes:
There are many opportunities to win gift cards and overall prizes!
(1) For every $50 in donations, students will receive a $5 gift card! The more you raise, the more you get!
(2) For every $50 in donations, the student will also be entered into our drawing for a Nintendo Switch!!
***If we get to $30,000 in donations, a VR Headset will be added!
***if we get to $40,000 a PlayStation will be added!
(3) Daily prizes for contests each week
(4) Track level AP events and if we raise $40,000 a principal surprise!

*Note: for prize calculation purposes, all donations received by midnight Sunday August 27th, 2023, will be used however the fundraiser will stay open until August 31st.

In addition to the above prizes, at the end we will celebrate with a school-wide Ice Cream social!

Nuestra escuela es un lugar donde el aprendizaje de los estudiantes prospera proporcionando un ambiente acogedor para todos. Creemos que esto se debe a los increíbles estudiantes que asisten a nuestra escuela, al personal extraoridinario que trabaja alli y que que cree que las relaciones con los estudiantes son clave para un aprendizaje óptimo y, lo que es más importante, el increíble apoyo de nuestras familias. No podríamos participar en las maravillosas oportunidades de aprendizaje y las cosas divertidas que hacemos aquí sin su apoyo monetario.

Este año, hemos decidido llevar a cabo una recaudación de fondos que no involucre a una empresa de terceros para mantener la mayor cantidad de fondos dentro de nuestra escuela. Al no utilizar un proveedor, la PTA tiene la capacidad de quedarse con más del 70 % de los fondos, ya que solo necesitamos cubrir premios y suministros para gastos diversos.

Tenga en cuenta que ninguna cantidad es demasiado pequeña. Su respaldo y apoyo continuos son realmente apreciados. ¡Además, no se olvide de traer cualquier obsequio corporativo equivalente que su empresa pueda ofrecer!

*Nota: para fines de cálculo del premio, se utilizarán todas las donaciones recibidas hasta la medianoche del domingo 27 de agosto de 2023; sin embargo, la recaudación de fondos permanecerá abierta hasta el 31 de agosto.

¡Además de los premios anteriores, al final celebraremos con un evento social de helados para toda la escuela!
