Dear Friends and Family,

I'm stepping up to bat on Saturday, June 22 to hit at the HTRBA Hit-A-Thon and Family Block Party. This event raises money to offset the costs of facility upkeep, equipment, uniforms, training clinics, and field maintenance, all of which ensure my friends and I play well and play safely.

I’m excited to help because I get 10 pitches and plan to hit as many as possible. My goal is to go 10 for 10!

About this fundraiser:

On Saturday, June 22 at 10 AM, HTRBA will be holding its 5th Annual Hit-a-Thon fundraising event.

The Hit-A-Thon is one of the league’s most fun, and critical, fundraising events. The money goes a long way to offset the costs of facility upkeep, equipment, uniforms, training clinics, and field maintenance, all of which ensure our players play well and play safely. Please consider participating. We are so thankful for your continued support!

With a minimum donation of $25, your player will receive:
· Entry into the Hit-A-Thon
· HTRBA Hit-A-Thon 2024 Event T-shirt
· Snack Stand voucher for a Hot Dog, Fries, & Slushie
· Entry into door prize raffles
· Memories they’ll NEVER forget

Each player solicits sponsors who pledge to make a tax-deductible donation to HTRBA. Sponsors can make a pledge "per hit" or a flat donation on behalf of the player. Players will come to the plate for 10 swings and the total hits will be tallied and recorded on the participant’s pledge page.
