About this fundraiser:

Hello, Golden Owls! Our first ever Walkathon, "Spring into Action", is happening on March 31, 2023, 3-6PM at Jose Antonio Vargas Elementary. This event fundraises over 50% of next year's PTA budget, which goes towards free after-school enrichment, assemblies, field trips, classroom supplies, and much more! Our goal is to walk a school total of more than 2000 laps (250 mi/400 km) and raise $25,000.

On the day of the Walkathon, students will walk ~30 minutes during school hours, then continue walking during the afterschool event, between 3-6PM to earn lap prizes. For more information, visit the Walkathon website .
