About this fundraiser:

The Kearns High Debate Team has been working tirelessly this year, refining their speeches and debate arguments with a singular goal in mind – qualifying for the state and national championships in the spring. Our team this year is small but mighty. We had several region champions and had the whole team qualify for state.

We are excited that four debaters won their event at the national qualifiers and are eligible to compete at the national tournament in Chicago this May. Our students often qualify for but seldom attend this prestigious tournament due to cost. Competing nationally opens the students up to scholarships and opportunities that otherwise are out of reach. This year we are determined to make it to Chicago and give our Kearns kids the opportunity to compete, and we need your support to get them there.
