About this fundraiser:

We are excited to announce that the annual Kennedy Color Run is taking place on Friday, May 12th. Not only is this a fun event for our students, staff, and volunteers, it's also our PTO’s single-largest fundraising event of the year!

Kennedy Middle School is a school where our students grow and thrive. This is because of the talented and hardworking students who attend our school, our amazing teachers and staff who believe that relationships with students are key to support optimal learning and, more importantly, the incredible support of our families and community.

To reach our fundraising goal of $20,000, we are asking you, our beloved students and families, to please solicit donations from your friends, family and neighbors to help support the amazing programs that Kennedy offers, detailed below. Our students are worth your investment and none of these programs are possible without your continued support.

Students will earn 1 raffle ticket for every $25 raised online to their personal fundraising pages by Sunday, May 7th (this is the only way to earn raffle tickets). Students can enter these tickets into the prize raffle of their choice at the Color Run on May 12th.

Donations will continue to be collected through Sunday, May 14th, but only those collected before May 7th will count toward raffle tickets to give us enough time to produce them in time for the Color Run event.

– $100 Nintendo eShop card for use on Nintendo Switch and $50 GameStop gift card

The student who raises the most by the end of our fundraiser on Sunday, May 14th will win a $50 Target gift card; the next highest will win a $25 Target gift card. If we can meet or exceed our $20,000 fundraising goal, these prizes will be doubled ($100 Target gift card for 1st; $50 Target gift card for 2nd)! The winners of these prizes will be announced the week following the event and prizes will be delivered to the office.

We could not engage in the wonderful learning opportunities and the fun things we do at KMS without your financial support. Every dollar collected puts us one step closer to our fundraising goal, no amount is too small and your support is truly appreciated!

Estamos emocionados de anunciarles el evento anual de la Carrera de Color de Kennedy que se llevara a cabo el Viernes, Mayo 12. Este evento no es solamente divertido para nuestros estudiantes, empleados, y voluntarios, pero también es el evento más grande donde se recaudan fondos de la Organización de Padres y Maestros (PTO).

La escuela Kennedy es un lugar donde nuestros estudiantes crecen y prosperan. La razón es que hay estudiantes que son de esta escuela talentosos y le echan muchas ganas, los asombrosos maestros, y empleados que creen en las conecciones con los estudiantes es la clave para apoyar el aprendizaje ideal, y más importante la increíble ayuda a las familias y comunidad.

Para poder alcanzar la meta y recaudar los $20,000, estamos pidiendo que usted, nuestros queridos estudiantes, y familiares, que por favor soliciten donaciones de sus amistades, y otros conocidos para que nos ayuden a seguir apoyando a los programas que ofrece la escuela Kennedy, más detalles debajo. Nuestros estudiantes valen la pena de nuestras inversiones y este programa no será posible sin su apoyo continuo.

Los estudiantes recibirán 1 boleto de rifa por cada $25 que recauden a través de la página personal para recaudar los fondos hasta el Domingo, Mayo 7 (Esta será la única manera de que reciban un boleto para la rifa). Los estudiantes pueden ingresar estos boletos para cualquiera de los premios a su gusto en la Carrera de Color en Mayo 12.

Se seguiran colectando las donaciones hasta Mayo 14, pero solamente los estudiantes que colectaron antes de Mayo 7 podran participar en la rifa para darnos suficiente tiempo y producirlos para el evento de la Carrera de Color.

El estudiante que logre recaudar lo más alto para el Domingo, Mayo 14 ganará una tarjeta de regalo para Target de $50, el próximo que recauda más fondos recibirá una tarjeta de regalo para Target de $25. Si logramos alcanzar o recaudar aún más fondos de la meta $20,000, estos premios serán duplicados (Para el 1er lugar una tarjeta de regalo de Target de $100, para el segundo lugar una tarjeta de $50 para Target). Los ganadores de estos premios serán anunciados en la semana después del evento y los premios serán entregados en la oficina.

No podremos lograr y comprometernos en las maravillosas y divertidas oportunidades que hacemos en la escuela Kennedy sin su apoyo financiero. Cada dólar colectado es un paso más cerca de alcanzar la meta. De $20,000 Su apoyo es realmente apreciado y en realidad ninguna cantidad es demasiado pequeña.
