Dear Friends and Family,

I am lacing up my sneakers in preparation for the Nighthawk Ninja-Thon, an obstacle course designed to test my ninja prowess! This event raises money for large display boards for the school hallways which will allow me and my classmates to have a place to display all the cool projects we do in class. It will also get rid of the giant mud puddle in front of our school and replace it with a beautiful extension to our garden.
I would appreciate it (and so would my 750 schoolmates) if you could help support me.

Since 1983 John Ross Elementary has been empowering all students to succeed in a changing society. As federal and state support for our schools continues to shrink, the John Ross PTO works ever harder to provide needed resources. On top of funds to cover teacher reimbursements and grants, field trip buses, classroom software, and much, much more, we are raising additional funds to provide student artwork display boards for the hallways and improve on the garden in front of the school. The success of our school depends on the generosity from parents, friends and families like you. Together, Nighthawks SOAR!
