About this fundraiser:

The 4th Grade teachers of Rodeo Hills are very excited about the opportunity to take our students to Camp Arroyo this Spring. Camp Arroyo is an outdoor educational program designed to provide students with positive experiences with the natural world, while also meeting Next Generation Science and Common Core Standards. Students will spend 3 days and 2 nights learning about Ecosystems, making observations, planning and carrying out investigations, design solutions, collaboration, communication, and so much more. Throughout the week, we will be led by Naturalists through a series of projects and activities including, Eco-Awareness, Organic Gardening, Eco-Exploration, Hiking to Cresta Blanca, Creek Exploration, Voices of the Past, and the Climbing Wall. We will share family-style meals that students will be responsible for setting tables, serving food, and clean up. We will also have Campfire, a Night Walk, and a Dance in the evenings! We are so excited to share this once-in-a-lifetime experience with our students. All contributions are appreciated!
