About this fundraiser:

On Thursday, October 3rd, 2024 River Mill Elementary will be holding our 9th Annual Jog-A-Thon near our school grounds on Estacada High School’s track. Students will jog/walk laps for one hour. The students will be asking friends and family members to pledge money to the student for each quarter-mile lap he/she completes during that hour.

The money raised by these efforts will be used to support educational enrichment activities and materials in your child’s classroom. ALL MONEY MUST BE TURNED IN BY Thursday, October 17th, 2024 to be recognized as the top earner.

Students should:
Be dressed appropriately to walk/run for one hour.
Be dressed appropriately for the weather.

Schedule:
3-4: 8:15-9:15 AM
1-2: 9:30-10:30 AM
5th: 10:45-11:45 AM
K: 12:00-1:00 PM

Our PreK students might join in the fun of running around the track if their schedule allows, though they won’t be collecting donations this time. We’re excited for them to be part of the experience of jog-a-thon!

Safety Guidelines
Please contact your child’s teacher directly if you would like to volunteer to help keep track of students’ laps. Please meet the class at the High School track once it has been confirmed with the classroom teachers.
