About this fundraiser:

This year Working for Kids is again sponsoring a Read-a-Thon for our Sandhill students leading up to the Fall Scholastic Book Fair. The event will take place from October 7-18. The goal for kindergarten students is to read 100 minutes during that time. For grades 1-5, the goal is to read 200 minutes.

Reading is a foundational skill that reinforces learning across all fields and all funds raised will support Working for Kids initiatives. This include supporting our school's library, assisting with classroom needs, supporting our amazing teachers, and purchasing supplies for our STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, math) room, just to name a few of the many things we do. Please know that no amount is too small. Your support is truly appreciated!
