2023 Stott Stampede Fun Run

Event Date: May 3, 2023

Event Goal: $18,000

Students will be running for approximately 30 minute.
(5 laps = 1 mile)

Group Run Times:
2nd & 3rd Grade: 9:45 am – 10:45 am
4th & 5th Grade: 11:15 am – 12:15 pm
Kindergarten & 1st Grade: 1:15 pm – 2:15 pm

After seeing great success with the read-a-thon this year, we wanted to find a way to continue to support our students on their journey to becoming curious and engaged readers. With the fundraising dollars from "The Stott Stampede" program, we hope to support the cause by purchasing The Book Vending Machine. The Book Vending Machine will serve as a tool for teachers to reward students by allowing them to choose a book of their liking from the vending machine to bring home. Not only will we be supporting innovation in education technology, but we'll have the ability to get more books into more children's homes and support their reading and literacy journey.
