Goleta Thunder

Dear Friends and Family,

My softball team Goleta Thunder has a dream. . . . . .To compete in Western Nationals this summer in Boise, Idaho.

In order to make that dream come true, my team and I need your help! Goleta Thunder is a group of 12 motivated girls that love the game of fast pitch softball. We practice 3 days a week and plan on playing in 9 tournaments in the next 90 days in order to prepare for Western Nationals.

That's why I am lacing up my cleats on June 26th to participate in our very own Hit-A-Thon. I will be given 20 pitches from a machine set at 50 MPH in anticipation that I will hit 10 balls. As the donor, you can pledge per hit or a single amount. What's important is no amount is too small. Every dollar is important to the success of my team this summer.

Dear Friends and Family,

On June 26th I am lacing up my cleats and grabbing my bat to raise money for my All-Star Softball Team "Goleta Thunder"!

This event raises money for my teammates and I to travel to 9 regional tournaments this summer in preparation to compete at the national level in Boise, Idaho in July.

Because GVGSA is a non-profit, all volunteer organization, it is up to us to raise money to continue to play advanced softball this summer.

Our Hit-A-Thon takes place on Monday, June 26th, 2017
