My team and I have been working hard after school for months to prepare for the Alaska Science Olympiad tournament. To win 1st place was amazing! The opportunity to represent Alaska at the national tournament at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York seems almost too good to be true!

About this fundraiser:

Science Olympiad is a national organization that promotes excellence in science, math, engineering and technology. Science Olympiad holds tournaments at the state and national levels.
In March, our team won 1st place in the Alaska competition! This is the first time in 18 years that an Anchorage school has won this trophy!
As champions our team has been invited to represent Alaska at the national tournament at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, May 31 - June 1st.
We have 17 students and 5 chaperones to get to New York. We have only a short period of time to raise funds to help our team attend the national tournament.
