Help spread the word

Cooper Robinson
American League-Orioles

Dear Family and Friends,

I am participating in the Council Rock Holland Baseball Organizations’s Hit-a-Thon on May 8, 2021. It is our League's largest fundraiser of the year. With your generosity we can keep going with improvements to our fields and also continue with our outreach efforts aimed at extending the Little League baseball experience to other children.

How the Hit-a-Thon Works:
I’m going to get 10 pitches – and 10 chances to hit. My goal is to have each one of my hits raise money for the league.

How You Can Help:
Will you help me support our league by making a donation? Please remember no amount is too small.

If I am one of the top fundraisers in the league I will be awarded a special gift.

Thanks in advance for your support!

About this fundraiser:

At Council Rock Holland Baseball Organization our kids learn as much off the field as they do on the field. We focus not only on teaching kids to play baseball, but through baseball, we teach our kids larger lessons about life. In short, our goal is to foster, through proper guidance and exemplary leadership, the qualities of citizenship, discipline, and teamwork. By focusing on the virtues of character, courage, and loyalty, our programs are designed to develop outstanding citizens rather than outstanding ballplayers. Our success relies on our incredible players, fantastic coaches, and most importantly, the support our community, families, and friends.

The Hit-a-Thon is our league’s largest fundraiser of the year, the proceeds from which serve two critical purposes: First, the money we raise is used to enhance the Little League experience for me and the other current players and will allow the league to provide, among other things:

Continued improvements to the St. Leonard's field complex to enhance the baseball experience for players and families.

Second, the money we raise will also help to extend the Little League baseball experience to other kids, and will allow us to:

-Fund outreach efforts aimed at getting additional local kids to sign up for baseball; and
-Extend free registration, on a confidential basis, to families that cannot afford the fees.

Recent Hit-a-Thon's helped fund lighting and other improvements for the parking lot batting cages, the much improved PA systems, conversion of St. Leonard's field 3 to a 60'/70' field and construction of the new St. Leonard's field 4.

We truly appreciate your continuing support!
