IRVINE FOOTBALL 4TH ANNUAL LIFT-A-THON

STRONGER TOGETHER. LIFTING FOR OUR TEAM.💚🏈

The Irvine High School Football Team is excited to host our 4th Annual LIFT-A-THON in support of the Irvine Football Program!

On September 24th, our Vaqueros will put their strength to the test and showcase the hard work, dedication, and commitment they’ve put in throughout both the off-season and season.

💚HOW IT WORKS🏈

**Players must have a minimum of $20 pledged to participate.**

Each player will compete in four core lifts:

Squat
Bench Press
Power Clean
Deadlift

The maximum weight from all four lifts will be combined to determine each player’s **final Lift-A-Thon total**.

Supporters can sponsor a player in one of two ways:

🏈PER-POUND PLEDGE
Pledge an amount for every pound the player lifts — such as $0.10, $0.15, or $0.20 per pound.

Example: A $0.20-per-pound pledge with a combined lift total of 450 lbs. would result in a $90 donation.*

🏈FLAT DONATION
Choose a set donation amount to support your player, regardless of his final lifting total.

OUR GOAL: 100% PARTICIPATION!

We are challenging every Irvine Football player to raise a minimum of $100 for the program.

Our football program relies on the generosity of our families, friends, and community supporters. The Lift-A-Thon is a critical fundraiser that helps provide the resources our players need to train, compete, and have a successful season.

All donations made to the Irvine High School Football Lift-A-Thon are **100% tax deductible.**

Thank you for supporting our players and the Irvine Football Program. Every pledge, every pound, and every donation makes a difference!

LET’S GET STRONG. LET’S RAISE BIG. LET’S GO VAQUEROS! 💚🏈
