The annual Littleton Youth Baseball & Softball (LYBS) Hit-a-Thon returns this spring and we’re excited to celebrate our 8th annual fundraiser!

All funds raised through the Hit-a-Thon go directly back into the baseball and softball programs. We rely on the generous support of our volunteers, families, and sponsors to make everything we do possible.

On behalf of every volunteer, coach, parent, guardian, and sponsor, thank you for your continued support. Our community’s commitment has been essential in building a safe, fun, and exciting environment for our players, now and for years to come.

💡The Lights Are on at Jet Field!

One of our most exciting recent improvements is the installation of lights at Jet Field!

This major upgrade is the result of years of fundraising efforts by the LYBS community, including our annual Hit-a-Thon. The new lights will:

• Extend playing time into the evening
• Enhance game-day excitement
• Benefit softball players of all ages, from rookies through high school

🔔 What’s in it for the Players?

In recognition of our players’ fundraising efforts, Hit-a-Thon participants will have multiple chances to win prizes - both for fundraising achievements and for hitting designated targets during the event.

🎁 Prize Opportunities:

• $10 minimum in donations raised: Entry to win a 4-pack of movie tickets to O’Neill Cinemas*

• $20 minimum in donations raised: Entry to win a $100 Dick’s Sporting Goods gift card*

• $50 minimum in donations raised: Entry to win Worcester Woo Sox tickets (up to $150 value, reimbursed by the league, allowing the winner to choose seats and quantity)*

• Highest Individual Baseball Fundraiser: $250 Dick’s Sporting Goods gift card

• Highest Individual Softball Fundraiser: $250 Dick’s Sporting Goods gift card

• Ball lands in a hula hoop or is hit over the fence for a home run = $25 Dick’s Sporting Goods gift card (one per player; multiple home runs or hoops do not count)

• Furthest ball hit in each division, one $25 gift card for baseball and softball

🏆 Team Prize:

The team with the highest total fundraising amount across all baseball & softball wins a team party at Teamworks in Acton - get ready to celebrate!

T-Ball: 8:30 – 9:30am
Rookie 2: 10:00 – 11:00am
Majors: 11:00 – 12:00pm
Minors: 12:00 – 1:00pm
Rookie 1: 1:00 – 2:00pm

🥎 Softball (Jet Field)

Majors: 9:00am
Rookies: 12:00pm
Minors: 3:00pm

*Donation window is open until May, 31st 11:59pm. Winners will be selected at random at our end of season Jamboree at Fay Park on Friday, June 12.

Littleton Youth Baseball & Softball, Inc. (LYBS) is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation operating a recreational youth baseball and softball league in the Town of Littleton, Massachusetts.

Our league is 100% volunteer-run, including all officers, Board members, and coaches. We proudly serve players from pre-kindergarten through high school, with a focus on:

• Having fun
• Developing baseball and softball skills
• Fostering teamwork, confidence, leadership, and sportsmanship
