I am lacing up my cleats this month and practicing my swings for the Briarwood El Camino Little League Hit-A-Thon event. This event raises money for my league to help revamp the batting cages, new scoreboard for the Farm field, windscreens, revamping the snack shack/score-booths located at both fields.

I'm super excited to be a part of this event. I would appreciate it if you could help support me by making a pledge per home run or a simple flat donation.

About this fundraiser:

Briarwood El Camino Little League first Hit-A-Thon. Our kids learn as much off the field as they do on the field. We believe this is because of the incredible players, the awesome coaches and more importantly the incredible support from our families and community. Please know that no amount is too small. Your ongoing backing and support of our players is truly appreciated.

Event Details:

May 19, 2024 - 10:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M.
3360 Cabrillo Ave. Santa Clara, 95051 (Minor Field)
~Each Participant will get 5 balls pitched to them.
~Each Teams Registered Coach is only allowed to pitch to their players
~Eligible players ages (5-11 years old)

Prizes:
(T-Ball)
~Team Who raises the most funds will get a ZTag party.
~Player who hits the furthest ball will receive a Easton ADV Bat

(Rookie)
~Team Who raises the most funds will get a ZTag party.
~Player who hits the furthest ball will receive a Marucci CATX Bat

(Farm)
~Team Who raises the most funds will get a gaming truck
~Player who raises the most funds will receive a Victus Vibe USA Youth Bat 2024

**Donate $500 towards your favorite player and you also get team sponsorship perks (logo on our website, social media promo, announcement at the event and Swagg)

~To be able to participate in the Hit-A-Thon each player will have to raised a min. of $100.00. (If you need a pledge form please reach out to briarwoodllevents@gmail.com and you will be emailed a copy of the form)

**We accept cash and check donations as well. Please make checks out to Briarwood El Camino Little League.
