Dear Friends and Family,

I'm participating in my Amicette Clubs' Pledge Drive. I'm excited to be a part of it because this event raises money to purchase medical teaching dolls for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital which is essential for medical providers to provide education to children undergoing treatment for cancer.

I'm asking for sponsors to help me reach my fundraising goal which is tied to fitness activities I will lead during our Fitness Day Workshop on Monday, February 15th. Will you help by making a simple flat donation?

About this fundraiser:

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital opened on February 4, 1962, and was founded by the late entertainer Danny Thomas. Its mission is to find cures for children with cancer and other catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. Zeta’s HOPE for St. Jude is an outreach program designed to provide help and raise money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Our children are our greatest resources; by investing in the health and welfare of our children, we are investing in our future

The Delta Alpha Zeta Youth Groups are committed to supporting the efforts of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital through a Z-HOPE (Zetas Helping Other People Excel) activity of raising money through pledges holding our youth accountable to stay fit and healthy! Each $7 donation allows St. Jude to purchase one Medical Teaching Doll. Child Life Specialists provide medical play to help children and teenagers understand and learn about the
unfamiliar procedures they will experience while in the hospital. Using these dolls and real medical equipment, Child Life Specialists, use this simple “hands-on” experience during play to
help clear up misconceptions and relieve anxiety for the patients. Your pledge is also connected to fitness activities the youth will host during the Day of Fitness workshop on Monday, February 15th.
