Dear Friends and Family,

I'm so excited to jump into some good books and raise funds for my school during Kensington Elementary School's Read-a-thon, (May 10-14)! This event raises money for me and my classmates to continue being enriched by the Kensington Education Foundation's Science Lab, Art, Music, Computer Lab, Library, Read Naturally, Math Olympiads, PE, and Running Club, the PTA's Art Night, Movie Night, and Halloween Parade, the Dads' Club teacher stipends and school beautification projects, and much more.

I want to help keep these programs in my school and am pledging to read on my own or with a family member for at least 30 minutes (and more if I can) every day this week! I would appreciate it (and so would my schoolmates) if you could help support me by making a flat donation.

About this fundraiser:

Kensington Hilltop Elementary is a school where student learning thrives and children feel good about the place they call their school. We believe that this is because of the incredible students that attend our school, the dedicated staff who believe that relationships with students are key to optimal learning and, most importantly, the amazing support of our families and community. This past year has been challenging for everyone, and the parent groups at Hilltop have continued to provide as much support to the community as possible, despite not being able to do their annual fundraisers ('20 and '21 Spring Carnivals and the Fall Garden Party). We could not engage in the wonderful learning opportunities and the fun things we do here without your monetary support. Please know that no amount is too small. Your ongoing backing and support are both truly appreciated.
