Dear Friends of Lincoln,

We are lacing up our sneakers on May 6th and running our very best at this year's Relay for Lincoln event. We have been preparing all year for this event. We are all so excited to do our part and run as many laps as possible, so that we can raise money for new friends to come to Lincoln. We love our school, and we want others to hear about Jesus in our favorite place!

Will you help us reach our goal? We cannot wait to meet our new classmates!

Thank you for all of your support and encouragement!

About this fundraiser:

"Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God." Hebrews 12: 1-2

Lincoln Academy is a place of hope, love, and security. Lincoln students receive much more than just an education. Here, children are nourished, encouraged, and known by name. When students walk through the doors of Lincoln Academy, they are greeted with a smile and a message of hope. Learning is rooted in the Word of God. Relationships with teachers and mentors help students learn how to endure challenges by looking to and relying on Jesus - the One who loves them most.

Lincoln Academy students have been training three days a week in "Fit Leadership" - a class combining physical fitness with Biblical wisdom. On April 29, the students are excited to participate in a school-wide relay race in an effort to raise money and give back to the school they love. Their prayer is to raise $40,000 to help welcome more students to Lincoln Academy to join them in learning about Jesus and His enduring love.

Will you come alongside our students for this event? There are two ways to get involved. You can either make a flat donation to a grade-level team, or you can pledge a per-lap donation. Thank you for supporting our students by partnering with them in the Relay for Lincoln!
