Dear Friends and Family,

For the next week I am participating in Oak FUNraiser to raise funds to support Oak Middle School PTA. Our PTA does so much to enrich our school environment, including providing club stipends, funding Leadership/ASB activities, supporting student recognitions, supplying teacher grants and staff appreciation activities, and MUCH more. They could not do it without the generous support of our Oak families!

I would appreciate it (and so would my 1000+ schoolmates) if you could help support me. My personal goal is $400, but no donation is too small. If our whole school reaches a goal of $70,000 raised, we get to celebrate carnival-style with an Oak FUN Fest in October!

This year, our PTA is doing the fundraising entirely by volunteers so 100% of funds raised go to the students.

About this fundraiser:

Oak Middle School is an awesome place where student learning thrives. Oak PTA provides critical support to help ensure our school is able to provide extraordinary educational and extracurricular experiences to students. Each year Oak PTA supplies needed funds that support instruction and building school culture and connection for all Lions!

Oak PTA simply would be unable to provide these valuable resources to students and staff without the support of our generous families.

We need to raise $100,000 to fund all activities PTA supports. In years past, Oak PTA has engaged a third party vendor to assist with their fundraising. That vendor took a substantial portion (35-40%) of the funds raised by our families.

This year, we're trying something new - through our Oak FUNraiser, Oak PTA is fundraising entirely on our own with 100% of amounts raised going to support our Lions!

From August 30 through September 13, students can raise money for Oak PTA to win prizes, such as a carnival-style celebration called Oak FUN Fest to be held in October

Any amount of support will help our students and have a positive impact on the entire school. Your ongoing backing and support are both truly appreciated.
