Dear Friends and Family,

I am lacing up my sneakers on May 19 and going through the Parkdale "Go for Blue & White" obstacle course at my school. I'm excited to be a part of it because this event raises money for me, my classmates and teachers to continue to be enriched with school assemblies and events, author visits, teacher grants to enhance my classroom and other programs that are essential but not currently funded by our district.

I'm asking for sponsors to help me reach my fundraising goal. Will you help by making a simple flat donation?

About this fundraiser:

We are a school where student learning thrives, and children feel good about the place they call their school. We believe that this is because of the incredible students that attend our school, the awesome staff who believe that relationships with students are key to optimal learning and more importantly the incredible support of our families.

We could not engage in the wonderful learning opportunities and the fun things we do here as a PTO without your monetary support. Please know that no amount is too small. Your ongoing backing and support are both truly appreciated.

This is our one "BIG" fundraiser planned for the year!

Our goal is to raise $18,000 (a normal year's PTO operating budget is $20-30K!). We can reach that if every student raises $30!

What is our Obstacle Course?
Simply put:
• Students collect donations online or in person (or both)
• Prizes are won at certain levels (please see flyer at
https://www.eastauroraschools.org/o/district/page/fundraising-links )
• ALL students (regardless if they have donations or not) get to participate in a fun outdoor Go for Blue & White obstacle course and enjoy a snack after the course with their class during school hours on May 19.

**Corporate Sponsorship Donation Levels:
• Bronze $150 Donation: Listed Sponsor in our 2023-24 Parkdale Yearbook of more than 650 students
• Silver $300 Donation: Listed Sponsor in our 2023-24 Parkdale Yearbook of more than 650 students PLUS you will be named on our social media, marketing materials and program for the event
• Gold $500 Donation: Listed Sponsor in our 2023-24 Parkdale Yearbook of more than 650 students PLUS you will be named on our social media, marketing materials and program for the event PLUS Listed on an advertisement banner hung at the event.
• In Kind Donation: Named on our social media, marketing materials and program for the event

The Parkdale Elementary Go for Blue and White Obstacle Course is a fun activity for Pre-K thru Fourth Grade in which students will participate in an obstacle course during school hours. All students will get to participate in this fun event regardless of donations.
