Dear Friends and Family,

I am lacing up my sneakers next month and will be a part of SGR's walk-a-thon! This event raises money for me and my classmates to continue to receive support from our schools PTAC.

PTAC funds school field trips, busing, resources, equipment, special teacher needs, books, events and so much more!

Our school has a goal to raise over $30,000 and would appreciate any donation you can give. No amount is to small!

I would appreciate it (and so would my 700+ schoolmates and SGR community/staff) if you could help support me.

About this fundraiser:

We are excited for our 5th annual Walk-A-Thon, happening Wednesday, October 2.

S. G. Reinertsen Elm., in partnership with SGR PTAC will be having our 5th walk-a-thon event! Each grade will take their recess and walk, fun and have fun, in a designated space. This is a great time for students to be with their friends, teachers, get moving and be supported by their family and friends.

The funds raised from this fundraiser are returned back to SGR in forms of books, learning resources, field trips, busing, equipment, events, teacher appreciation and so much more! New this year to SGR - playground equipment on the North side of the school. The purchase of this equipment is because of generous Walk-A-Thon donations!

We could not engage in the wonderful learning opportunities and the fun things we do here without your monetary support. Please know that no amount is too small. Your ongoing backing and support are both truly appreciated.
