Dear Friends and Family,

I am lacing up my sneakers next month for Western Avenue Elementary PTO's Annual Walk-A-Thon. This event raises money for our PTO and the 20+ programs they support at my school. Some of our favorite programs include Black History Month activities, Green Team, 5th grade social, books for our school, Staff Appreciation events and MORE!

I would appreciate it (and so would my 500 schoolmates) if you could help support me.

Western Avenue PTO's Annual Walk-A-Thon continues to set fundraising records for 3 straight years! We can't wait to build on that momentum! Our students will participate in the 10th Annual Walk-A-Thon on the afternoon of Friday, Sept 13th.

Proceeds raised help support PTO programs such as Green Team, Black History Month, 5th Grade Social, Back To School Picnic, Books and Supplies for our Library and Classrooms, Kindergarten Spirit Wear and Graduation Caps, Teacher & Staff Appreciation Events, and more!
