Help spread the word
Dear Friends and Family,
Thank you for visiting my page! I'm participating in the 2nd Annual Cy-Fair Blast Hit-a-Thon to raise money for field improvements and equipment.
I'm excited because I'm going to get 10 pitches at practice, and I'm asking for sponsors to help me reach my fundraising goal. Will you help by making a pledge per hit or by making a simple flat donation?
Thank you for all of your support and encouragement!
About this fundraiser:
The 2022 baseball and softball season is upon us --- and our coaches, players, and supporters are all very excited about the possibilities for our teams this season. We would like for you to be a part of this fundraiser as well as the success we are aiming to achieve!
The Cy-Fair Baseball and Softball Program must raise money to help fund our teams’ needs. Due to the expense of these items and opportunities, we are asking for your support. We would like to invite everyone out to catch all the action at our 2ndt Annual Bobcat Blast Hit-A-Thon on Saturday, February, 12th from 12-4pm!
There are two ways individuals may donate to our program:
1st - Player Pledges: Each player will get 10 swings, and we will record the longest distance. In advance, each player will have obtained pledges from family and friends and each pledged amount will be multiplied by his longest hit. For example: if a player gets 2 pledges, one of 30¢ per foot and one for 10¢ per foot, and the longest ball he hits at the Hit-a-Thon is 300 feet, then the 30¢ sponsor would donate $90.00 and the 10¢ sponsor would donate $30.00, for a total of $120.00 to the Cy-Fair Bobcat Program raised by that particular player.
2nd - Straight Donation: You can take all the guesswork out of it and donate any amount of money you choose to the program. The amount will not be determined by the hitting distances.
Go to www.bfndbaseball.com to see the schedule of events then come out on February 12th to enjoy the action! BFND!!
