Dear Friends and Family,

I am diving into my books and reading my best for my school's Read-a-Thon. Funds raised from this Read-a-Thon will be used to purchase new books for our library and exciting author visits. We'll also be able to purchase some new recess equipment.

I'm going to read as much as I can over the next few weeks, and I'm asking for sponsors to help me reach my fundraising goal. Will you help by making a donation?

About this fundraiser:

The Brookdale HSA is pleased to announce our very first Read-a-Thon. Thank you for encouraging our students to use their love of reading to directly support our school. Funds raised through this program will go towards new books, author visits, recess items, and more. Students will also have the opportunity to win prizes along the way. We truly appreciate your support for the students and school alike.

We set a goal for our school to read 100,000 minutes! You may donate either a flat amount or per minute to help support. Per minute donations can add up quickly... for example, if you pledge .20 per minute and 300 minutes are read, that's $60.
