Happy Valley Elementary is holding a Catch a Cougar Jog-a-Thon on Wednesday, October 9th.

You can pledge a flat donation or per lap. Average laps run last year were 6-7, with a range of 4-11 laps. Please know that no amount is too small. Your ongoing support is truly appreciated! Donations on 99Pledges will be accepted through October 13th.

About this fundraiser:

We are excited to announce the kickoff of the Catch a Cougar Jog-a-Thon! The event is scheduled for Wednesday, October 9th. This is the PTO's annual Fall fundraiser and is a fun way to encourage exercise, while supporting Happy Valley Elementary. This is our primary fundraiser for the year.

Each student will participate with their grade level, by jogging or walking together, around the track, on the field next to Happy Valley Middle School.

Students are encouraged to show their Cougar Pride by wearing blue & yellow, our school colors. Clothes should be appropriate for jogging/walking. For every lap completed, students will have the opportunity to earn money for their school and will be entered to win some exciting prizes.

Donations can be done as a flat rate or per lap donation. In order for your child to accept donations using the 99Pledges platform, a parent/guardian needs to scroll to the bottom of this page and click the link *Add Participant* and follow the steps to create their page. Once you create their page, a link will be sent to the email provided. You can then send the link out via email & social media, to your friends and family, in order to collect pledges. Donations on 99Pledges will be accepted through October 15th.

You can collect cash & checks as well and turn them in to the front office in an envelope with your child's full name & teacher's name. Please make checks payable to HVE PTO.

*1st grade & Kinder will be running 5 minutes less than the rest of the school due to be so much younger. We will be adding 1 lap for each of them so they don't miss out on extra raffle prizes.
