Dear Friends and Family,

I am lacing up my sneakers this month and doing my best at the Vallejo Mill Elementary Dolphin Dash. I will be exercising for 15-30 minutes during PE the week of Oct 4 - 8.

This event raises money to help update our computer lab with new equipment. My PTA is running the event themselves to ensure that 100% of the money we earn goes right back to help the students of Vallejo Mill.

I would appreciate it (and so would my 475+ schoolmates) if you could help support me. I am committing to exercise for 15-30 minutes during PE. Our goal is $50 per student but the more I raise the more raffle tickets I earn to win some great prizes for my participation.

The Vallejo Mill PTA is holding its first and only major fundraising event: The Dolphin Dash 2021!
This event is to raise funds for the 2021/2022 academic school year. We are so happy to be able to have this event in person for the students.

The Dolphin Dash consists of 15-30 min of exercise during their PE time with Mr. Fenton the week of Oct 4 - 8.

Our goal is to raise $25,000 which would help subsidize the cost of updating the computer lab desktop computers that are 15+ years old. Funds will also support PTA events/activities and classroom requests and supplies.

Because this event is run by our PTA volunteers, 100% of your donations will come back to the PTA. If each student is able to raise $50 of sponsorship, we will be able to reach our goal.

Therefore, we would like to ask if you would be willing to donate to our school. You can sponsor your students participation with a single donation for each student. Also encourage friends and family to support them as well.

Please know that no amount is too small. Your ongoing support is truly appreciated.

Students will earn raffle tickets based on total amount raised and will be entered to win our wonderful prizes.

Classes with most participation and class with most amount raised will also win prizes for all classmates. The teacher for those classes will win books for their class.
