⚓ Help Falcon Navy Cadets Lead, Serve & Compete!

Falcon Navy is more than a high school program. It is a place where young people are challenged to lead, serve others, work as a team, overcome adversity, and discover what they are capable of.

More than 100 cadets participate in Dunedin High School's NJROTC program each year. Together, they take part in more than 100 activities and events and contribute over 4,000 hours of community service and school support annually.

Our cadets don't just learn leadership in a classroom—they put it into practice. Falcon Navy offers opportunities in drill and color guard, Raiders, marksmanship, academics, physical fitness, orienteering, STEM, sailing, leadership development, community service, and more. Our teams represent Dunedin and Pinellas County at competitions throughout Florida and at the national level.

🏆 The results speak for themselves.

Falcon Navy cadets have earned recognition at the local, state, and national levels, but trophies are only part of the story. The discipline, confidence, teamwork, resilience, responsibility, and leadership developed through these experiences stay with our cadets long after the competition ends.

And the impact doesn't stop at graduation.

Falcon Navy alumni have gone on to serve in our Armed Forces, attend colleges and universities, pursue careers and technical training, and become leaders in their professions and communities. The young people we invest in today become the leaders, professionals, service members, parents, and community members of tomorrow.

Here's where we need your help.

Our Falcon Navy program budget is funded entirely through fundraising and community support. Competition travel, transportation, equipment, uniforms, training supplies, STEM activities, team needs, leadership opportunities, and the many experiences we provide throughout the year require significant resources.

We work hard to make these opportunities available to every cadet, regardless of their family's financial circumstances.

Your contribution—whether $10, $25, $50, $100, $500 or more—helps us provide experiences that challenge our cadets to grow into stronger students, teammates, citizens, and leaders.

You're not simply helping us buy equipment or travel to another competition. You're investing in a young person.

⚓ Help us continue more than 50 years of developing leaders through service, teamwork, discipline, and opportunity.

Thank you for supporting Falcon Navy!
