Dear Friends and Family,

I am diving into my books and reading my best for my school's Read-a-Thon. I'm excited to be a part of it because this event raises money for me and my classmates to continue to be enriched with Science, Art, Drama and other programs that are essential but no longer provided by our education system.

I'm going to read as much as I can over the next few weeks, and I'm asking for sponsors to help me reach my fundraising goal. Will you help by making a simple flat donation or making a per hour pledge for every hour that I read (10 hours max for 4th/5th grader and 5 hours for 2nd/3rd grade)?

Friends of Braddock is pleased to announce the 9th Annual Read-a-Thon for all Magnet students during Winter Break, December 7, 2018 through January 10, 2019. The goal of
the Read-A-Thon is to raise funds for our magnet school to support technology in our classrooms,
funding our Teacher’s Aide, additional programs and field trips.
Please know that no amount is too small. Your ongoing backing and support are both truly appreciated.
