I am reading as much as I can between August 3rd and 11th for the Summer Read-A-Thon. This helps us do better in school. It also helps us raise money for our school.

I would appreciate your support (and so would my 400 schoolmates)! You can pledge any amount per minute that I read (for example 10 cents or 25 cents per minute or even a flat amount). Any amount will help.

Summer reading sets students up for back-to-school success!

As our first fundraiser for the 2024-2025 school year, family and friends are encouraged to PLEDGE PER MINUTE that your student reads (e.g. 50 cents per minute). Pledges motivate students (who will keep a log of their minutes) and the funds raised help HCCS cover our annual budget gap!

NOTE: When making an online donation, 99 pledges asks if you'd like to leave a tip. Simply select "Other" in the first box and input "0" in the dollar amount box, if you do not want to tip.

We have prizes for top readers in each grade bracket (K-2 / 3-5 / 6-8) thanks to Jan's, our local bookstore sponsor.
