Dear Family & Friends,

I am again participating in Horizon's Walk & Wheel-a-Thon this year, and Maeve is joining me! We are excited to be a part of this event because it raises money for my amazing parents and other family members and their equally amazing friends to continue to participate in the fun opportunities and activities at Horizon Camp, including setting up hospital beds, late night grilling, golf cart rides, and more! Best of all, we get a break from our parents!

We try to join as many Zoom meetings and events as we can throughout the year and participate when we can. We especially love the arts & crafts and dance parties during the virtual events.

We are asking for sponsors to help us reach our fundraising goal. Please help us send our parents to camp!!!

About this fundraiser:

Horizon Summer Camp is a week-long camp where adults with physical disabilities team up with able-bodied volunteers for a week of recreation, learning, and fun. Located in Hudson, Illinois on the beautiful shoreline of Lake Bloomington, Timber Pointe Outdoor Center is a fully accessible 170 acre campsite. Participants will take part in multiple adapted sports including archery, canoeing, paintball, and horseback riding in a safe, beautiful setting. Horizon Camp creates and fosters a positive, inclusive, and empowering environment to all. Camp is offered free of charge to all participants and volunteers thanks to supporters like you!
