Dear Friends and Family,

I am lacing up my sneakers next month and running my best at my school's Color Run. I'm excited to be a part of it because this event raises money for me and my classmates to continue to be enriched with Math, Language Arts, Science and other programs that are essential.

I'm asking for sponsors to help me reach my fundraising goal. Will you help by making a pledge per lap or a simple flat donation?

About this fundraiser:

Please support our Color Run so we can meet or even exceed the amount we raised during last year’s Color Run: $22,000
The Knollwood PTO will be holding our 2nd Color Run on Wednesday October 8, 2025 (rain date: TBD).
At the Color Run, participants will run/walk around a course on the grass behind the school while teachers/adults throw colored powder at them. There will be lots of music and dancing, too.
This school-wide activity builds a sense of community, helps the school and is FUN and SAFE. An important feature of this event is that Knollwood retains all of the money collected. The Knollwood PTO uses the funds raised for assemblies, field trips, school equipment, and other PTO-sponsored programs. This event replaces catalog fundraising. (No candy sales, no wrapping paper, no overpriced novelties to sell).

Prizes are based on paid pledges collected and handed in by October 8, 2025.

Start collecting pledges today! A successful Color Run will enable the PTO to fully fund its various programs, field trips and events. The more pledges your child receives, the greater prizes they will earn!

$25 in pledges: “Orange Package” Includes the above PLUS ********Registration to our Color Run and white T-shirt.****

$50 in pledges: “Yellow Package” Includes all of the above PLUS a Scholastic book and free bake sale coupon.

$75 in pledges: “Purple” Package” Includes all of the above PLUS a fidget toy AND a choice of prize from the “Kangaroo Kart”

$100 in pledges: “Green Package” Includes all of the above PLUS one Knollwood Drawstring Bag and a Pizza Party with the Principal

$125 in pledges: “Blue Package” Includes all of the above PLUS a $25 Scholastic Dollars gift certificate to be at our Knollwood Book Fair March 2026.

The Team (class) that has the most Participation will receive a Popsicle Party plus the teacher will receive $25 Scholastic Gift Certificate
