On February 28, high school Nordic skiers from our community will take part in a Nordic Ski-A-Thon to support the Make-A-Wish Foundation and our local Nordic ski teams.

Athletes will ski as many kilometers as they can during the event, raising funds through pledges and donations. Fifty percent (50%) of all funds raised will be donated to Make-A-Wish, helping grant wishes to children with critical illnesses. The remaining 50% will support the athlete’s Nordic team, helping offset the costs of running a strong and supportive high school Nordic program, including team activities, race-day support, training resources, equipment, and other program needs.

Supporters can sponsor an individual skier, pledge per kilometer, or make a one-time donation. Every contribution helps bring hope to children and families through Make-A-Wish while also directly supporting high school Nordic skiing in our communities.
